All of our items are exclusively made by hand and is handcrafted by skilled artisans native to
Local traditional Indian. The process starts with building a wooden base for any items, Chips
of bone, ethically sourced as a by-product, are vigilantly cut into delicate shapes by several
artisans. These chips are then affixed in a variety of intricate patterns onto the resin, all by hand.
Each Product is finally waxed and ethnic polished to bring out the detailed textures and
loveliness and royal look of the inlay work.
It takes a team of craftsmen some days to complete single items with a quality check.
All the photographs are taken in natural daylight and the condition of the piece is as shown in
the photograph.

Handling & Shipping Time

Handling Time for bone inlay & Mother of Pearl product is 2 to 3 week & Shipping Time 5 to 7 Business Days. For
Reclaimed wood products & other product handling time is 2 to 3 week & shipping Time 5 to 7
Business Days.

Shipping policies:-
Our all products are 100% insured, if items received completely damaged or not repairable then
we will provide you the replacement of the same product and if there is any minor damage or
repairable will pay the full repair amount.

If Item Received Damaged:-

If you received the item damaged, don’t worry about it, please provide us with complete images
of inner & outer side of the product with courier company tags or box images which you
received also please send us your contact no. with an address so our concern team can investigate
for the damaged shipment.

Return & exchange:-

The return will be accepted within 7-10 days of receiving the goods if the products you had received
are wrong or damaged. Return shipping to be paid on the buyer’s account.

Additional shipping Policy:-

If Consignee is Not Responding to Shipping Agency for The Shipment Update or Receiving the
Shipment Due to Custom Duties or any other reason The Shipment Will Be Destroyed by the
Shipping Company after 5 Days of Arrival at Destination and we are not responsible for all these.
No claim will be accepted filed by The Customer.
